2024 Year in Review: A Year of Progress, People, and Partnerships

As we wrap up 2024, it has been an awesome privilege for the team and me to serve our many customers worldwide. This year has been an extraordinary year for Mastt, and every day, we continue to work hard to be a better, even stronger partner to our customers, delivering great projects.

We believe the project owners, consultants, and client-side teams are the unsung heroes of our built environment from inception to the end of construction. Whether that be delivering a commercial tower, golf course, super yacht, school, or shopping mall, our customers - at the pinnacle of the industry - continue to push boundaries and deliver excellence in every project they undertake.

Putting Our Customers First

A highlight for Mastt in 2024 was seeing the impact our customers have when they're provided with the right tool for them. For too long, our customers have suffered from tools made for contractors or nasty spreadsheets. Across Australia, North America, and the Middle East, customers have taken control of their portfolios, reduced reporting time, and unlocked major efficiencies and value.

To celebrate a few awesome customers:

• USA - Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District: Delivering incredible facilities for the future students.
• AUS - EVT: Providing AUS & NZ with some fantastic places—bars, restaurants, cinemas, and hotels, to name a few.
• MENA - Summertown: Constructing amazing spaces across the Middle East and some of the most wild fit-outs ever!

These examples remind us why we do what we do. We enable projects to be delivered better, faster, and easier - making a better future for us all.

Building an Amazing Product

On product, our focus for the year was going deeper to solve real-world problems for project managers. After all, our mission is to enable construction projects to be delivered efficiently through easy-to-use digital tools!

From the top, we remain on this warpath to kill spreadsheets and empower construction project management professionals with the tools they need to build the future faster.

Some key product highlights from 2024 that I'm proud to share, include:

• Our New Schedule Module: Bringing greater visibility and control to project timelines, enabling leaders to plan and execute with confidence.
• Automation of Payment Certifications: Streamlining a traditionally manual (and boring, yet important) process to save time, reduce errors, and ensure people get paid faster.
• Ongoing Reporting Enhancements: Providing even clearer, more customizable reporting options to give teams the ability to create better, easier reports for stakeholders.
• Integrations with Government Systems: Bridging gaps between Mastt and critical third-party tools to eliminate duplication of effort and boost compliance.

These new products deliver huge ROI, saving major time, eliminating stress, and accelerating customer tasks.

Looking Ahead to 2025

Mastt and our customers move into 2025 with significant momentum. Our clients constantly push the boundaries to get the most out of Mastt, putting our product and work at the leading edge of innovation.

This kind of forward-thinking behavior is exactly what our industry needs, and we are honoured that our customers trust us with this responsibility to continue solving complex problems. We take that trust very seriously, thank you!

In 2025, customers can expect:

• Even easier-to-use tools: We plan on eliminating data entry once and for all across our application and go straight to 'task completion' for project managers so that they can focus on value-added activities instead of administration.
• Gradual introduction of AI capabilities: We are big believers in AI, but we didn't buy into the hype. Our industry doesn't need an AI Chatbot, we need real-time autonomous AI Agents. Customers will have the opportunity to collaborate with Mastt on this new autonomous layer of work.
• Greater shareability and self-service options: PDFs and reports are now a thing of the past (ciao 2024)! We've rethought reporting from the ground up around a new hypothesis...watch this space!
