At Capital Building Solutions we assume the role of the overall project manager and provide the critical leadership necessary for realising and delivering a successful project. We are client side project, development and construction managers, with first hand onsite construction experience. This allows us to actively identify potential project risks early within the design phases of a project. These risks once identified can then be managed effectively through design solutions as part of the project documentation & development process. This ultimately leads to a better designed and qualified construction documentation process, which leads to fewer variation and onsite design issues during the construction phase of a project.
