The risk profile of the Developer is mitigated by: • Assembling an appropriate and experienced design team;• Robustly testing all concepts and designs;• Reviewing, understanding and critiquing all documentation;• Compiling succinct documentation to engage the Contractor;• Negotiating all claims; and• Making pragmatic, commercial recommendations on all issues.
